Not at all. Captain Wilson offers three flexible options: bring your own vessel, rent a boat locally (we can recommend trusted partners), or let us help you arrange the perfect boat for your group. Whatever works best for you — Wilson will make it happen.
Most of our charters accommodate up to 12 guests, though this depends on the vessel. Fishing charters are typically capped at 6 for the best experience. For larger groups or corporate events, contact us and we'll explore options to accommodate everyone comfortably.
We recommend sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), sunglasses, a light layer for wind, comfortable non-marking shoes or bare feet, and any food and beverages you'd like. We provide safety equipment, cooler ice, and basic amenities. A detailed packing list will be sent with your booking confirmation.
Yes — guests are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages. We ask that all guests drink responsibly, and Captain Wilson reserves the right to manage safety on board. We're here for a great time, and that's always more fun with happy, responsible guests.
Your safety is always our first priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, Captain Wilson will make the call to reschedule — always with advance notice when possible. Rescheduled charters carry full credit, and cancellations within 7 days of the charter due to weather receive a full deposit refund, no questions asked.
Every charter includes Captain Wilson's professional service, all safety equipment, local knowledge and navigation, and any fishing gear for fishing charters. Food, beverages, and boat rental (if needed) are typically separate. Exact inclusions are outlined in your booking confirmation and depend on your selected package.
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May through September). Summer weekends and holiday periods fill up quickly. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — reach out and we'll see what we can do.
